Masterclass: A Voyage to Renhuai in the Heart of Moutai Flavored Baijiu

This session will take a general look at the Baijiu category with a special focus on the city of Renhuai, the capital of the so-called “Sauce Aroma Baijiu”. You will discover what set this category apart from other Baijiu, its production, its history, and significance within the broader Baijiu category. The attendees will be guided through a tutored tasting of several high quality examples and learn to enjoy their unique organoleptic character.
