Spirits Selection 2025: Spotlight on No-Low Spirits

For its 27th edition, Spirits Selection will be held from September 7 to 13, 2025, in Jalisco, Mexico. During the event, a Revelation Trophy and medals will be awarded to the No-Low Spirits. This presents a unique opportunity for producers in this rapidly emerging category to gain international visibility and recognition for their innovative alternatives.

No-Low’spirits’ represent a dynamic and fast-growing segment within the beverage industry, increasingly resonating with European consumers. Over the past few years, the category has expanded significantly, becoming a force in the market. A wave of recent product launches demonstrates the spirits sector’s strong capacity for innovation, as it continues to diversify its offerings to meet evolving consumer preferences.

In the previous edition of the competition, the No-Low Spirit that particularly caught the judges’ attention was the Maïa Fleur de Sureau 0%, which won Revelation of the Year.
