Graduated in Food Engineering, specialising in Viticulture and Oenology. I work at the Laboratories and Tasting Panel Division of the Madeira Wine Institute. Member of the Tasting Panels for Madeira still wines, fortified wines, Madeira Rum and other spirits produced in Madeira.
